I don't have cream legbars, but understand that some have crest's/vaulted skulls and some do not. If yours does, then the symptoms you describe could be caused by a head injury. Birds with vaulted skulls are more susceptible. If she was just integrated, then another may have pecked her head, or she may have run into something trying to get away.

I am still pretty new to chickens and had no clue about the vaulted skulls. I looked into it and it’s very interesting and good to know about, thank you for sharing. It’s definitely possible that that’s what happened to her. I’ve been wracking by brain trying to figure out what could have gone wrong and this gave me some closure. She did end up passing.

I'm so very sorry you lost that chick. I went out to look at my legbar who is 6 weeks - definite crest but her skull feels normal. She's a little menace - flies straight onto my shoulder or head every opportunity she gets.
