advice on medicated feed

So I've been feeding a medicated starter for a few days and I just saw this on a feed website:

Now I'm confused, is this incorrect?

I wonder just what the "medication" they are using is? I have always fed medicated chick starter to my Peas, it is medicated with amprolium for cocci control. I have still lost chicks to coccidiosis so now I also put a preventative dose of amprolium in their water, since I started doing this 2 years ago, none have died. My Peachicks actually seem to eat less than chicken chicks.... so I doubt they would overeat/overdose on the medication.

If the medication is amprolium or bacitracin you can feed it to all birds.
