I've had my cayuga ducklings for about a week now. They eat out of my hand and nibble my fingers. They aren't exactly afraid of me... but what should I be expecting? They are currently being pampered in my house.

Sounds like your off to a good start. Just continue spending time with them every single day.
Mine are 8 1/2 weeks old and living outside and are still very tame. Follow us around the yard, come running when we call them for treats. still nibble on my hands and feet and my clothes. When i sit in the grass they all line up as close as they can get. They are real sweet:)
Im sure yours will stay tame as well. Sounds like you have done a good job so far
