Advice on the runt of the litter

Oh she's adorable. Do you have any idea what kind she is?

Out of 15 hatchery choice brown egg layers, one of ours is a lot smaller, the runt. She doesn't get picked on, eats well etc. she does like to be held, actually purrs. We thought maybe the hatchery made a mistake and sent us a bantam. I guess time will tell but the chance Fancy is a roo was unexpected... Thanks for the idea of watching that she stays warm even though we're confident the rest don't need the heat lamp. We'll keep them on until she/he grows a little more or it gets warmer here in NY.

Now that she's a little bigger, I'd say she's a RIR. She seems to be having a lot of trouble walking. Kind of limps. Doesn't walk far. She loves to be picked up and held. Offers no resistance to humans. She interacts well with the rest of the flock. Hope that continues.
