Advice please for crazy chicken lady

So this crazy chicken lady would like to know. I have 5 chickens at 21 weeks and two at 12 weeks and I am feeding growers pellets And omega mash mixed to all the girls and have put out oyster shell for my bigger girls as they are close to POL Is that enough for the oldest ones?? as I am a complete novice at this this is what I’ve read. Any helpful comments greatly received

All I feed my grown birds is all flock with oyster shell on the side.

I have no idea what omega mash is but the rest sounds fine.
