Advice please on this girl?

I would think so, my 13 hens (all hatched 4/26/2021) anged in point of lay from 16 weeks to 9 months (my weaker EE with a beak deformation)! Most of them were laying by 20 weeks and my heritage BPR was around 28 weeks. I have 3 that have been laying daily since right around 16 weeks though, they very very rarely miss a day.

Yes! They have 2 5 gallon feeders always full of dry feed and once a day I go out and fill a large dog bowl with feed and about 1 quart of water to make a mash for her (she obviously shares with all her flock mates). During cold weather, they get "very warm" water, and in the hotter months, cold water to make the mash. To keep the "norms" busy while my SB eats, I toss handfuls of grass, dandelion, and miner's lettuce into the run as well as a handful of "scratercise" (a mix of seeds, grains, and dried mealworms), but they all do really well at sharing. Shadow, my scissor beak even lays eggs pretty regularly, but she didn't start laying until she was about 9 months old. This pic is from December, a few weeks before she started laying, when her comb started to really start turning red. I was getting suspicious that she was just a "really calm" cockerel until we started getting 13 eggs!

She IS adorable. That is so nice that she has such a nice life. I had an SB named Precious. She only lived till she was just getting chest feathers, and then my dad moved them out into the coop because he was tired of the smell. It was also during one of the hottest days of that year and the stress plus the heat was too much for her.

She's an easter egger and lays a pale blue egg with a ROUGH shell that has "extra" calcium bubbles all over them. I think she over indulges in the free fed oyster shell as well, lol.
I have a black Easter egger that looks similar so I had to ask😁she is not full grown yet though😁 won't be laying for a couple months. She has a short tapered body and muffs.. you have a little doll and must be taking good care of her for her to live with that condition 👍
