Advice please!!!! Turkey eggs not progressing after external pip

Hello everyone this is my first time hatching turkey eggs. One of my 9 had an small external pip at 7 last night and it is a little larger but nothing else has happened. Should I leave it alone for awhile longer? I don't want to open the incubator and hurt it.

I can hear peeping and see movement.

I want to know this about duck eggs. lots of peeping and movement but no more pipping or zipping? Hope your hatch goes well.

My other eggs seem to not be moving or peeping. All had good air sacs at time of lockdown and had developed perfectly throughout the days. I know space is limited in the egg so hard to see movement. Should I be worried??
