Advise needed

I'm going to an a sale to hopefully sell the majority of my flocks
I'm keeping my stumpy tail hen my black bantam orpington my 2 bramhas 2 Phoenix my 7 calls my 8 muscovys 2 white leghorns 4 cross hens for eggs my 3 blackrock 4 polish a few cross ducks for breeding
Now I would love to get more if I sell the rest of my flock
Anyone got any good breeds that I should try and get that's not on the list above
If u could also tell me a bit about the bird us suggest that would be appreciated

Since you are probably able to get your hands on this breed,,,, (you are in Europe) get the Bresse. You may need to travel a bit to get some, but I think it would be a Good Investment. I don't suggest that you eat all your chickens, but rather as a cash making opportunity.
Here in the USA, we are limited to the availability, and one such Breeder, who I choose not to mention seems to have everyone hanging by their whatever, with ridiculous pricing. They have them and pay or go without. There are a few other breeders, but few and far apart.

Yeah I know a few bresse breeds about 5 hours from my house I'll definitely be looking into them
And don't worrie not a big chicken eater here I don't dislike eating chicken but I prefer a good pork chop over a chicken
