How is he this morning? Until you get the Baytril, could you try to put him in a mild warm bath with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar? Sometimes the ACV will act as a tonic and make them feel better. For full tub, I'd use a cup of ACV. It's soothing and fine for him to drink.

Not sure I would go this route with drinking ACV due to the hole in the trachea. I feel that won't be pleasant.
