Still no change they wont go outside.
Yesterday I chased them out and closed their pop door. They went about 2 feet and just plopped down and wouldn't move. I left them there for over an hour and came back and they hadn't move. I opened the pop door and they flew back in.
I guess the only good thing about this is keeping their pond clean is very easy.
