So... my neighbor has a pair of Africans and I hatched some eggs... how did I get white from two greys? I know it's probably genetics but would someone enlighten me on the finer points? I would appreciate it =)

No I meant the eggs are under the broody goose that is under the heat lamp (heat lamp is not for the goose it is for winter)
