After a day of singing her song

My second barred rock hen finally laid her post-molt egg. 2 for 2 started laying with her sister on Christmas Eve. She sang all day and I heard a number of cackles. It was warm and pleasant today in the valley and neighbors had their windows open. Sure hope they like the "ambiance."

Makes me feel like I am doing my part if they are singing and laying eggs.
