Have you considered getting a hold of an older large shed and converting that into a coop? Local shed movers can be hired to move it for you. It gets you going pretty quickly.

It is a very healthy happy orchard, the chickens love climbing the trees too.

That's awesome. Some of mine like to sit on the branches of our Evans cherry! What kind(s) of trees are in there?
