After a year of having him, his Tail as fully grown back.

my Peacock when I got him, he was picked on by the others and he lost his tail feathers. So, Now He is almost done growing next years feathers

If you are talking about the neck feathers than they do seem to get a richer blue coloration when they get older. My peacock Alto is getting his adult feathers and I have noticed that his blue neck got even more vibrant and even his barred wing feathers have more of a hint of blue shine in the black bars.

pictures coming soon. But I found a neck feather on the ground from molting and Since my dad has a fly tieing kit, I thought "That would be a wonderful fly.
