Earlier today I found my first egg underneath my truck. My question is, if I had not of found the egg so quickly, how long can the egg be outside and still be "ok" to consume?

If its in the 80s or higher, I would only use it if you found it within a few hours of being laid. If it is cooler out it could be out til evening and I would probably still use it.

In Europe eggs are not refrigeratored In The grocery stores they are at the end of isles.
my husband used to work for world wide poultry breeder and they used to leave a case of eggs all day in the office floor that you would grab a couple dozen on way out and leave in your car all day while you worked.
