Afternoon everyone. Been lurking here for a few years now and decided to speak for once. 
Not much to say, so should be brief. LOL
Started with dogs, next came horses, then came goats and chickens. Raising chickens for about 5 years now, I guess. 45 acre farm, free ranging chickens and goats. Having the chicken coops in the goat shelter pasture keeps the critters away at night.
Just got two Jersey Giants - they are about a month old now and are sorta white? Will post a picture as soon as I get some good ones. I have more coming and plan to gradually phase out my other breeds and just have the JG's. I'm hoping it will be a little tougher for the hawks to carry these chickens off.
Soooo.... if anyone has any blue/splash JG's for sale, by all means, please let me know!
Oh yeah, my name is Tessa, but that name was already taken. Family and friends call me Toppy, and I answer to just about anything, if I feel like it. ROFL
