Again that dogs comes back and takes 2 on my BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys you might of heard a mongrel next door neighbors dog ATE/KILLED my Favorite Chicken Charlie.
Now I saw that dog here again and when I saw him there was only 1 chicken ONLY 1!!!!!
I ran up frustrated crying and said what happend.
My mum and dad dont know like what the people are they gonna ask to lock that dog up because he might not be a killer to chickens but other ANIMALS OR PEOPLE. And ask them to give me 3 more chicks or chickens
