Age? And for fun...gender? PIC Heavy!

They could be 10 weeks or so -- They are definitely all pullets. Here are some of mine at 9 weeks. You can use the fence and the red, standard width bricks for size reference (the smaller ones are bantams - the black ones are Marans and except for an EE roo are the largest of the bunch).

Well, ArizonaDesertChicks, your Red Star (which is another name for our Comet right?) looks just like ours but bigger and more filled out at 10 weeks.

I think it's very obvious that I was dealing with both a group of chickens that were not 12 weeks old, and were not being treated correctly. That of course has all changed ;-)

They seem to be growing by enormous amounts every day now!
