I'm 5 years and 9 months younger than DH per the calender. He is oh 25 years younger mentally. Been married for 20 years, he's my best friend and a wonderful husband.

I married a man who was 25 1/2 years older than myself (19 when he and I began dating, he was 45. He was 56 when he died and I am 30)

Now I am with a man who is 10 years, 3 months and 11 days older than myself.

I must say it is kinda fun being with a "younger" man ie. someone closer to my own age, even though there is still a 10 year difference.

5 years, we dated when I was 19, but I'm only 5'0 and built really small, so people assumed I was more like 14, he's 6'5 and towers over pretty much everyone, he's gotten grayer, i've not gotten taller.. a few years ago we had a kid-free afternoon, and went for coffee. he snagged a table and i ordered and the girl behing the counter said "oh how nice, you're buying your dad coffee!", so i smiled walked over and planted a big kiss on him "hel~lo daddy" the looks were priceless.

Just before him I was seeing a 63 yr old vet, again at 19.

before hubby I was 19 and I was dating a 38 year old and yeah the looks were priceless.. it got nasty though... his ex got nasty nasty to the point she refused to allow him to see his then 8 year old son..

she lied to childrens services saying I was only 16 and he is a child molester and they came to my door but she used that to keep him away from his son.. I wanted no part of that and we wen our separate ways.

Almost 12 years between us. I am 28, he just turned 40. We have been together for almost ten years.

I am 6 years and 2 months older than Farmer Lew. I like having a younger man... I always said, 'tis better to rob the cradle than the grave! LOL!

But in all honesty, I believe that if your relationship works for you, it works for you, as long as everybody's a consenting adult.
