Age of chicks

I was curious if anyone could tell me how old they think this chick is? I got them from tractor supply and this one is a lot smaller then the other ones and haven't gotten any tail feathers like the rest.

No tail feathers makes me think under 1 week old, and with that wing development...I'd put her at around 3 to 5 days old.

We are sure hoping it's a hen chick. That's what I thought the chick was. Do tractor supply really get chicks that young?
 
I think the hens start getting the tail feathers before the cockerels- but i could be mistaken. and yes tractor supply gets them that young. i got a couple about a week ago that were between about 4 days and 2.5 weeks old (the older ones were 50% off in our store)

Thanks. This is our first time getting chicks and they only sell 6 being the lowest so the two yellowish color ones was from a unisex chicks.
 
Wow!!! I didn't know that come that young.
