Age of fully grown duck?

I feel like I post a lot but the internet is always saying multiple different things when I look things up. I’m just curious at what age ducks are fully grown? My two males are much larger than my 4 females. But the girls seem so small and they’re 10 weeks old. The Pekins may be a little older or a little younger though.
