My blue marans are aggressive always stealing food from each other they bully the other chickens in the flock does any one know how to make chickens less aggressive

Sometimes if you remove the hens from sight of the flock, when you re-introduce them they have to start from the bottom of the pecking order. Doesn't always work, but may be worth a try.

maybe you just got a bad batch of them. If they don't get better you could rehome them or send them to freezer camp and have a few meals.
