Aggressive chick...is she a he?

My OE was the bossiest in her flock (4 OE's) and very mean. The other 3 turned out to be cockerels and were really nice towards anyone. She's still mean and is the flock leader, but she lays amazing eggs and keeps my flock safe.

Leg size, comb size, and comb reddening are usually the things I look for once chickens get to an older age. I usually get pullets, but sometimes breeders are incorrect.

Welp....im going to make a guess.
Leg coloring and pea comb makes me think olive egger or easter egger. The reddening 3 row pea comb makes me think cockerel

I got chickens from Cackle last year, EE's, some Cochin, Speckled Sussex and Brahma... But Riversong might be a splash colored EE. She/He has the dark legs of an EE, right kind of comb for EE, and if splash (from blue/black/splash breeding) will show gradually darkening head and tail with mottled darker blue spots starting to appear over the body areas with age. My avatar is a Splash Cochin rooster I got from Cackle last year, probably about 10 weeks in that pic. I got several blue EE's, (have only one Splash gene) but no Splash EE (2 splash genes). If he/she starts to darken a lot on the front of the wings, might be a sign of being a rooster... I really liked my EE's from Cackle, they are all nice birds... and most are friendly, some more than others. Determined free-rangers though, and want to roost in trees.

Green legs means Easter Egger; they don't all have muffs. That comb strongly suggests cockerel to me.

She looks like a pullet to me, and a dominant one by her stance. I think light gray and buff birds just tend to pink early regardless of gender. But the comb IS very red, so it's questionable.

This morning River’s feathers seem to scream cockerel to me. No crowing yet but with the significantly more red pea comb and overall larger size...I have officially started referring to River as he/him. What do you all think?
