Aggressive chick

I have an aggressive chick it is 2 weeks old and it pecks the other chicks. The barnevelder in particular but the barnevelder is new to the group. Is this normal.

I'd say so and since the barnevelder is new to the group its obviously good sport for your bully. As long as the pecking is not crazy, then all should be well, but you need to ensure that the barnevelder has access to food and water easily - i.e. more than one feeding and watering station.
