Aggressive Chick?

We have a chick that has recently begun to get more aggressive towards our other chicks. It’s mainly towards our pullets, where he will try to grab them by their necks or pick at their feathers. We got them straight run so i’m not certain about the other chicks (i’m pretty sure they’re cockerels) but he has gotten more pushy towards them too. Is there anything we can do to stop him from being overly aggressive?

How old are these birds?
How many chicks total?
How big is their space, in feet by feet?
Pics of birds and housing would help here.

those are the two chicks that he’s mainly been attacking. they’re all around 5-6 weeks old.

That's tight space for their age, and especially because you have cockerels, and especially production red types.
More space, lots more space, and places where they can be out of sight of the others, and two waterers and feeders, in different areas.
This is normal behavior as the birds develop their social order, and cockerels especially can do a lot of sparring. Actual injuries won't be good, but some sparring is okay, as long as it's not stressing them all out.
With straight run, you are almost guaranteed to have way too many cockerels, so I hope you have plans for all of them? Soon?

we do have a few people who are willing to take our roosters. How big should our coop be? And when can we start bringing them outside for the night? It still gets pretty cold at night, but we are also limited on space inside.

My chicks went out to their separate coop area today, at 2.5 weeks of age, with their heat lamp and brooder plate. As long as yours are comfortable, and have heat as needed, it's fine.
Yours are about fully feathered out, and don't need much extra heat at all, depending on your location.
If this is your first year with chickens, consider moving all your cockerels on elsewhere, if not to your freezer.
