Aggressive Girl or Boy???

When I ordered my day olds from the hatchery I ordered an all female mix, I think they might have slipped in a male. This one is larger at 17 weeks and it has started a very bad behavior of jumping on from behind various obvious girls and grabbing them on the back of the neck with it's beak. When I yell it will let go, but I'm not going to be out there all the time. This is my first flock...is this boy behavior? Any suggestions???

Some times girls can be aggressive. Can you post a picture of them? What breed are they? 17 weeks should be old enough to be able to tell.

Yep, a roo, and the white one behind it looks like a roo too.

He's a roo EE. Notice the pointy feathers on the hackles and rump area.
What's up with his tail though?

What are Hackles? I don't know what the deal is with his tail feathers...he just started molting them all of a sudden a few weeks ago...new ones are coming in. I figured all females would have been easy. If the white also looks male to folks any pro/con advise to having them stay around? They were hatched mid Sept.

100% Roo. Weird tail though. Has the hens been picking off his feathers? The Hackles are the pointy looking feathers that is just before the tail. I think that the white one is a roo to.
