Aggressive Hen?

I have the same problem with one of my girls, ironic that she was named Marvin by my tom boy step-daughter, lol. I try to handle her a lot but her pecks are much more aggressive than the curious pecks of my other girls. Even when I'm holding her though, she still has her head and neck stretched out like she is trying to be bigger than me. My girls are only 9 weeks old though so I think of it as kind of cute. I've never seen her be aggressive with the other girls, just me.

try putting your agressive girls in a crate and leave her there. ( with food and water ) give it a week and let her loose, she will now be on the bottom of the pecking order. there is no reason these girls need to peck or hurt you. there nasty and need re direction. I did this one hen a few times as she was picking on my buff, she would literally go after her for eating and I got sick of it. off she went to a crate. the first time she was in the crate a day, she began doing it again and back to the crate again. she is one of the nicest girls now and when she looks at my girl I tell her " do not look at henny penny or off you go !!
Also a small squirt gun works wonders!! Im not kidding you. a squirt when there acting up and they run like heck the other way. a few times of this and they get the hint!
