Aggressive Hen

We recently had to isolate one of our hens (an amerucana) because she had a respitory infection. She was isolated for two weeks from our other 2 hens (an amerucana and a black sex link). I reintroduced them yesterday and the hen that was isolated was being picking on pretty bad by the other amerucana. We have had to isolate other hens before and have never had this problem. Is there something we can do to not make her aggressive to the hen? They seem to be ok when they are out in the yard but when they are locked in the coop/run she gets picked on. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Put her in the coop at night. When the hens are asleep. They will wake up and not notice a difference.
