So I havbe a flock of 23 RIR hens, they have a ton of room to roam around on. Plenty of food, water, and everything els they need. But it seems as if I have a whole flock or roosters (they're Hens)
They fight like crazy, raising they're neck feathers and lunging at eachother, pecking. I need some help figuring out why they're foimng that. Is it a normal Behavior with the breed? Has anyone else ever had this expierence?

I know for a fact that they are hens ,but I can still get some pics latter.
I get 23 eggs almost every day, and I have one welsummer rooster in they're and none of them fight him.

You might have to many hens in one area together. They are probably constantly fighting over the pecking order and since there's so many it complicates it.
