I agree rehome or stew pot.........
There are many nice roosters out there so keeping a bad one is silly.
I have been training my roos like I train my stallions, I'm the boss and if you don't like it too darn bad, I will pick you up harrass you or my hens whenever I want too, keep you from mounting my hens in my presence or chase you outside if your too naughty, I will literally pick them right off a hen if they try to mount in front of me and carry them around for a while, or place them outside in the run if it's happening in the coop. If they try to flog my legs or peck me I peck them back, and flog them back with whatever is handy. or a boot lift to the other side of the pen. I will not tolerate a mean roo, they are too dangerous to not correct or butcher, I have no problems with my 34 roosters so far, but a day will come when 1 of them thinks he can best me and he will learn the hard lesson I'm the boss, you are now chicken noddle soup!!!!
I love all my roos but that is my rule with all my animals I am the boss and you will do what I say, if your only a 4 lb chicken or a 1200 lb horse, get used to it.
I have to be the boss or they will walk all over you, any sign of weakness will alert them to an upper hand. and you or a child will suffer the consequences. I spoil all my animal children, but as my children must obey their mother so must my critters obey the boss.
