Aggressive Rooster

I have a bantem rooster and three banten hens, one of which has just hatched 6 eggs. I also have 4 large hens, the rooster has started being very aggressive to the 3 large black hens. Do you think this is due to the new chicks (although he didnt do this on the last batch) I squirt him with water when I see him doing it and he runs away but I cant be there 24/7. One of the black hens hides away all day and only appears when I am around. Has anyone any ideas or should I just get rid of him? This is Baggins and I
dont really want to lose him
