Ahhhhhhh! Help!

Okay So went out to the coop this morning and one of my hens is very listless. She will peck at the ground for like 30 seconds then stand there and then tuck her head and sleep and she sounds a little nasally. She had an upper respiratory thing about 7 months ago and that cleared up on its own. I dont know what is going on with her. when she pooped it was only a little bit and was green and runny. Anyone have a clue?

I am not quite sure. But I know that one of our chickens sounded nasally so we brought her into our house, she also had kind of like bubbles near her eye or eyelid. So we treated it, she got a little better so we put he back with the flock and she is fine, that was about two months ago and we still have her. I am not sure if that is the case with yours but I hope it helps!
