(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
-we’ve been raising chickens nearly 8 years
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
-5 hens and 3 accidental roosters (terrible ratio, I know)
(3) What breeds do you have?
- currently barred rock, buff Orpington, Ameraucana, Rhode Island Red
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
-adventure and taking care of other living creatures, and of course eggs
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
-making music
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
-my wife and I have two little girls (2.5years and almost 10months). We have no other pets, nor want any at the moment.
