Air bubble?

One of my hens that got attacked by an owl a few weeks ago has developed almost an air bubble type deal on her neck? It’s by her wing/chest/crop area. When I touch it, it just feels like a bubble. It doesn’t seem to cause her any pain. When I tried taking a photo, it disappeared but came back when I wasn’t holding her. Anytime I try moving the feathers to take a photo, it disappears. What could it be?

I managed to get this photo. It sticks out a bit more, and is rounder but this is the best I could get.

She’s doing great, there’s still a bit of a pocket but it’s never bothered her. I’ve just decided to leave it unless it worsens.
