air cell in egg

i got some eggs through the mail today and a few had a damaged air cell. can they still hatch?

I sit them for 24 hours pointy side down and then incubate in the same position without turning for 4-6 days to let the air sac reattach. So far this has worked with my current batch and we are on day 10. So i have only been turning for 3 days. They are now on their side out of the little cardboard cups i started them in. Air sacs mostly at the right place now.
