Air cell wrong end

i am hatching call ducks. Today is day 26. The other ducklings had already hatched. This one did not internal pip so I decided to open through the are cell. It shrink and dried up. I still see it moving but it looks like the yolk of the duckling. I don’t see a bill. Any ideas how to hatch this one? Will it survive?

You really should not have opened that up, it had a chance I’m sure. Don’t bother it until maybe 2 days after they are due to hatch, maybe even 3. Some are slow and you just have to be patient
