Air cells on small end of eggs?

I just candled my 3 silkie eggs and 2 of the eggs have the air cells at the small end of the egg. What do I do? They are on Day 16.

Well, if they are in a turner, i would take them out and lay them on thier side, continue to turn them and hope for the best.

I would lay them on their side too...don't give up on them!
