Air Dancer--are there solar powered options?

From my research it seems the air dancers are a bit hit on haw deterrent. We are maxed on power. Are there solar power options to put one in our yard?

Those Air dancers will also scare the souls out of your chickens. Just my thought.
Look into Kites, and consider having them out of chickens' site.
They wave around on tall poles.
