We have a big fire happening here in CA. Lots of smoke in the morning should I keep my chickens in there house until smoke clears ???

If the coop is well ventilated, as it should be, then the air inside is not going to be much better then outside, and I'd be concerned about them possibly getting too hot in there. They might well be better off outside where at least any breeze or wind will keep the smoke moving.
