Air sac small on day 19 need urgent help

Today day 19 of chicken eggs incubation finished. Air sacs on 3 eggs are fairly smaller then it should be . The other eggs have large sir sacs . I am so worried that the chicks might die in small air sac.
Please need help . The eggs were wiggling yestersay but can not see any movement today. The eghs still have not made internal pip. I am keeping my humidity between 60 to 65 during lockdown.
Any suggestions will be appreciated

Is the air cell on the small end of the egg? It should be on the large end of the egg.
I've had a few chicks hatched from an upside down egg but most won't survive it.

No the air sac is on the bigger end. In pic the first sac is not a sac its humidity but the sac if after my pencil marking. Is it a good size or not?

This is the only one egg who has a decent size air sac for hatch . OR is it shrink wrapped is that why the air sac is too large?
In my experience of hatching the shrink wrapped egg sacs look very uneven shape

How did your hatch go? I'm going on lockdown tonight and my air cells are on the small side. Did you keep your humidity higher or lower it during lockdown? I'm using an LG incubator from TSC and haven't been worried about the humidity till I saw those small air cells. I don't have a hydrometer.

I am so sorry for the late reply. Do not worry at all for the small scs in fact i have found with my hatch that the eggs who had smaller air saca t others hatched well without any blood or any yukky stuff. I had a chick who hatched but bled a lot. Although he is doing fabulous but he made such a mess in incubator blood every where . I have 2 eggs remaining to hatch but i could not resist to quickly clean it as that chick has watery stuff came out . You can not believe how much it stunk and how ugly it looked .
The 2 eggs who are still remaining should hatch tomo as its their 21st day tomo . But i have feeling that i might have messed with them as i opened incubator several times to clean it .

Thank you so much for your input. I went on lockdown last night and put a cup of water in my Styrofoam incubator, then took it out, then back again today (i couldnt make up my mind!) I spent all night and most of today going back and forth on whether or not that was a bad move. I did leave both air vents open though to kinda even things out and can always replace one if needed. I'm in Louisiana so it's pretty humid outside but I'm sure not so much in the house with the AC on. Been watching those eggs like a hawk! Waiting for one of them to wiggle. Lol! Thank you again.

At lock down i kept my humidity at 60% not too high as i thought if i keep it at 60% it might help small sacs to grow and guess what all ofmy chicks have hatchex the one who had smaller sacs have harched beautifully and i have noticed the chicks from smaller air sac have hatched clen no blood no dirty guiee stuff sticking out . One of ny egg who had large air sac has harched but bled alot and made so much mess in incubator blood every where but he is healty too
