Air Sack

Hello, I am incubating coturnix x quail eggs and have been candling them. On day two, I noticed only one egg out of 11 had gotten an air sac. I don’t know if that’s good or bad. Most of them, I can’t seem to find the air sac. Please help!!

It's likely too early. The air sacs start very small, and grow bigger as the embryo develops.
