I have two eggs developing with air sacks on the side of the egg. They are on day 16 and developing really good but are the air sacks bad? These are two different eggs

Are these shippers eggs ? Often this can happen with shipped
Although my duck had all her eggs do this under her that she laid and air cells were fine at the start
She was young and her eggs were very small still ( I didn’t know how small till issues hatching ) but the one with a really bad saddle was at the wrong end and needed assisting to get out she is now 4 months and doing great. So yes they can!! I don’t know if the air cell or the small eggs were the issue with her but the 6 I was incubating right before she sat 4 needed assistance all had great air cells just really tiny eggs and they got stuck trying to get out.

No they aren’t shipped they are from my neighbor. I even let them rest before I hatched but it didn’t help. I am glad they stand a chance at least. Glad yours is doing well!!
