Today has been a really long day! I spent most of it helping dad and my brother pull up the floor in the kitchen. Mom wanted a new (and nonrotten) floor to go with her new stove that's coming in on the 30th. Good bye camp stove!

I can start baking again soon, which is awesome! I miss it.

It's also been really exciting too, but I'll leave that for people to guess!

But next week dad is going to kill me. Mom knows what's going on, but dad is going to kill me.

You know what, he keeps telling me about the chicks at the feed store. I don't want to see them. I refuse to go into a feed store since I'm hatching and I have an order due to be shipped out on the 31st. I'm notoriously weak willed where chicks are concerned. It's how I ended up with a female Pekin and I don't like ducks. She made me like her and then she passed away on me.

Chicks and eggs are one thing, this is something else all together!
