Do you know if they're males/females?

Can't tell when they are this young for certain although the males are usually much larger with thicker legs. To be honest, I haven't really looked at them too hard

I think you process some of your birds.....a lot of people like muscovy over duck because they are very lean. They aren't really ducks at all but native South American waterfowl. EXCELLENT incubators. Amelia hatched 15 ducklings (100%).

I killed my first chicken today. Not very happy about it. We only killed 1 last year, and I made the hubby do it. It took me 3 months to eat it. I thought it would be easier this year since there are so many. I guess in a way it was, I was able to do it myself, but I feel like a butt. And I have at least 3 more to do. The ugly side of farm life is showing up
