I forgot what its called but ive tried some type of sushi with a raw quail egg on top at shogun. It was delicious

The eggs arevery much like chicken eggs just a stringer egg flavor. If you feed them like chickens not much difference. However if you feed them fish the eggs have a funny taste. This is only my experience though

That's right. One of my parent's friend feed their chickens and ducks fish that they catch at the creek all the time. I NEVER eat any of the eggs they give to my parents. It has a fishy taste to them.

There's no difference in taste when they eat mice. I used to have games and they loved mice.

Mice shouldn't make it taste weird.. I would worry about possible poison.

I don't think disease would travel from the mouse into an egg, but the bird could get sick.

My red pullet I bought from tractor supply laid her first egg today! It was so big! Is it normal for a hen to dig a hole lay in it and flop around for a long time after they lay their first egg? She is acting so strange.
