That would be fun, wouldn't it. Or robin's eggs. Those are SO blue.
Closest thing you can get is a Welsummer.

Wow, can't believe I hadn't run across Ideal (looks like they are the biggest one out there). I looked at a few reviews, and it seems they send up to 10 roos with your order. Would I be able to get rid of those on craigslist pretty easy?If you order from Ideal is only a $25.00 minimum instead of a 25 chick order. So you can just order the 8 or so chicks you need. If they have what you want that is. You may even get a couple of Warmers (roos) thrown in for free also.

I'm thinking about just going through myers and ordering 15 and selling 7-8 on craigslist. I would think it would be easier to sell female chicks on CL than it would be to give away roos. Is that a good assumption??
On another subject, does anyone keep roosters in a subdivision, without issues??? I hadn't given it serious thought. Our coop will be about 60-70 yards from the nearest house.

Way to go Orps,
You got some to hatch. I think I have only gotten 2 more Quail eggs since I gave you those. Whenever I get around to finishing up my incubator i'm going to have to give the quail some artificial light to get them producing again so I can hatch out some replacements.
