Those eggs should be pale blue. The blue gene is dominant and any blue egg layer blood will tint the egg color that way.

Do you remember Bob Rhodes? I think you met him at Knoxville. He is coming all the way from Connecticut to my house for a visit. He is traveling through the area on his way to Florida and agreed to stop here for a few days and help me with breeder selection. He should arrive sometime this evening. I'm so excited!

We can chicken chain as far south as Dothan AL (close to Alabama/Florida line).
