I put them on CL as someone had suggested as "Rare Breed". And I had 5 responses from folks. So far the lady who is comming this afternoon is the only one who has committed to comming over to get some. But if you've ever listed on CL then you know that you don't count on it being sold until the person is backing down the driveway and you are standing inside waving bye with one hand and feeling the money in your pocket with the other hand.

I hope a couple of the other folks who were interested will come and get one or two more. THen I will be down to just 6 or 7 LOL. After that I will either go to Cedartown or Susan Moore or Ardmore Dog Daze Flea Market. I did list them cheap ($5) on CL so maybe I will be able to rehome a couple more. Just never know. It looks like CL in our area is picking up steam. I see more and more chickens, poults and guinnies on there every day. Glad to see more chicken activity in the area.

I still have 3 five week old Porcelains, 2 five week old Silver Penciled Rock Bantams and the 3-4 Ameraucana Bantams to go. Then there is Lance-buddy! He is our 9 week old Rock/Dom. mix. I am going to cry when he goes. He is my little buddy.... My Lance-a-roo..... My Lance-doodle. He is always there to greet me when I get home and sits next to me. I think that he thinks I am his flock of one.

I have such smart chickens! I let them our of the coop to free range today. It started thundering and raining, and every one of them went back into the coop, without me having to do or say anything! This is only the second day they 've been out to free range! They haven't even laid their first egg yet!
