ALABAMA!!

Millerville on County Road 91 (I am pretty sure that is the right number) It connects Hwy 9 and Hwy 63. The auction is on the Hwy 9 side. It is a great atmosphere and u can get a good price, but you should know that whatever cage you sell in has to go with the birds. Most people make cheap ones or bring them in old ones for that reason.

DP = Dual Purpose I will have to try the fan idea! Thank you! :) Oh yeah, I wasn't thinking before when I posted-Montgomery is 45 minutes South of us ... LOL .... don't know how I missed that ... oh well! :)

Where is the auction at in clay county?
Gump, found some info about them on FB and sent them a message.

They have a chicken sale every Fri. night at 7:00. Horse sale 1st Sat. goat sheep, cattle and swine 2nd & 4th Sat. @12:00 noon. Misc. sale 3rd & 5th Sat.@12:00 noon.

Thier address is: 748 Co. Rd. 91 Goodwater, Alabama

It's super easy to find, County Rd 91 is on Hwy 9 a little outside Millerville, they have a big sign on Hwy 9 and it's very well marked. I have only made it out once, but I really enjoyed it. Very clean and an all around great atmosphere.

Also, if anyone is interested, I also found information on the East Alabama Goat and Poultry Auction in Woodland in Randolph County. It looks to be about 15 minutes outside of Roanoke.

Address is 1006 County Road 474
Woodland, AL

They start Sat at 12:00 pm. Hooved animals/goats first. Then a misc. sale. Then poultry. The sale is every 1st and 3rd Sat of each month.

I think it might be worth checking it out, so we're going to try to hit it soon too.

Private message me if you might be intrested! I will be happy to send you some pictures! :) thanks!

Greetings everyone! I'm a new member from Baldwin County. I'm getting ready to purchase my first flock and I'm just doing the prep work and trying to find the right birds and breeder. Everyone have a happy 4th!
