arya woke up early that morning before anyone else, she woke saphira up with a nudge of her mind, saphira yawned opening her mouth wide bearing her white teeth. arya picked up her saddle and placed it on saphira's shoulders and proceeded to buckle it on.
"do we have to leave so early?" saphira asked yawning again
"yes we do" arya replied stiffling a yawn herself and climbing onto saphira's saddle, once arya was situated in the saddle saphira launched into the air and flew vertically upwards until they were several miles in the air, arya and saphira ovserved the directrion they were to be traveling that day to see if were any things that could slow them on their trip, she saw nothing.

Windstorm woke up finding herself snuggling with Pheonix. she smiled. Alexa awoke from where she had fallen asleep in a tree, and she hopped down and headed for Windstorm. Maria and Gwendolynne, who had fallen asleep under the tree Alexa had been sleeping in, woke as she landed under the tree with a thump. Alexa hopped on Windstorm's back gracefully, while maria and Gwen clambered up behind her, not nearly so graceful. Windstorm leapt up into the air, flapping her wings and rapidly gaining altitude.

saphira dove down and landed very quietly, and angela walked up, "about time you two got up" she said putting her hands on her hips
"we thought everyone was still asleep" arya said surprised that angela was already awake
saphira stretched her self out like a cat yawning again.

windstorm circled overhead, gwen and maria on her back in cat form. "are we leaving yet?" Windstorm thought to Arya, and just barely, from down where Arya was, Alexa could be heard saying, "WINDSTORM!"
